Welcome and White Listing Instructions

Hello and thanks for subscribing to ConfidentHorsemanship.com

To Ensure You Receive Your Exclusive ConfidentHorsemanship.com Subscriber Emails And Resources, you need to take this one simple step to ensure my emails aren't blocked or marked as spam by your email provider.  (I really appreciate you taking this step as it does help with maintaining a high quality reputation with email providers.)

THE ONE AND ONLY SIMPLE STEP:

Add @confidenthorsemanship.com to your Email White List.

A “White List” is a simply list of people who you “accept” or “allow” emails from.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

Because "spam' (unwanted emails), are such a big problem that Internet Service Providers use a blocking system to filter out what they suspect are “bad emails” to prevent your inbox from being jammed with them.


The system, however, isn't perfect. So, sometimes emails are blocked from people and businesses that you have subscribed to. But, you can ensure that doesn't happen with my emails - and you'll get them in your inbox.

Follow these instructions to whitelist me:

​The steps to white list may vary by your email provider, however here are some instructions for the most widely used email providers:

GMAIL - simply locate an email from anne@confidenthorsemanship.com and DRAG it into your "primary" tab. This is all you need to do to ensure that all of my future emails go to that primary folder.

YAHOO - simply locate and open an email from anne@confidenthorsemanship.com. Click on the "+" symbol next to the "From" name. An option to "Add to contacts" will pop-up. Select "save" and you're done!

MAC MAIL - simply select "Mail" and "Preferences" from the top menu. On the right hand side, select "Rules".  Click to "Add Rule" and, on the next window, use these settings for your rule: "If any of the following conditions are met: From Contains @confidenthorsemanship.com Move message to Inbox." Click "OK" to save the rule.

OUTLOOK - simply fine and RIGHT CLICK an email from anne@confidenthorsemanship.com. In the drop down menu, select "Junk E-mail" and then click "Add Sender To Safe Senders List"

OTHER EMAIL PROVIDERS - instructions for other email providers may vary. Usually there is a "settings" or "spam settings" tab where you can add a domain name (eg. @confidenthorsemanship.com) to your "safe list".

Often, if you simply send a quick reply to the email (eg. Thanks, Anne. I got your email) your email provider will recognize the original sender as being safe.
